Terms of use

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Nigeria, and legally permitted to participate in skill-based wagering and prize draws in your state. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the platform is lawful where you live.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including evidence of fraud, money laundering, or attempts to game the platform.

One account per person. You agree to keep your login credentials private and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Identity verification (BVN or NIN) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. We store only the last four digits of your BVN or NIN, retained for as long as your account is open.

Your PaddiBet wallet holds funds in trust. We do not pay interest on balances. Deposits via bank transfer or card are made available immediately once cleared by our payment processor.

Withdrawals are processed within 10 seconds via the Nigerian Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIP). If a withdrawal cannot be completed for any reason, the funds remain in your wallet.

A wager is a contract between two or more verified users. PaddiBet holds the stakes in escrow until the result is confirmed. We are not a counterparty to any wager.

A flat 5% platform fee is charged on the pot of settled wagers — never on stakes that are refunded due to a draw, void, or expired offer.

In the event of a dispute, both parties may request an independent adjudicator. The adjudicator's verdict is final and binding on both parties.

Campaigns are listed by verified vendors. PaddiBet checks each prize against vendor-supplied documentation before publishing. The vendor — not PaddiBet — is responsible for delivering the prize within 14 days of the draw.

If a campaign fails to reach its funding threshold by the close date, every ticket purchase is refunded in full automatically. No platform fee is charged on refunded purchases.

Match-fixing, collusion, automated bot play, impersonation, and use of the platform to launder funds are strictly forbidden. Suspected breaches will be investigated and may result in account closure and forfeiture of held balances.

PaddiBet's aggregate liability to any user, in any 12-month period, is limited to the sum of platform fees paid by that user during that period. We are not liable for losses resulting from your wagering decisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
